Who I work with
Small businesses in Louisville and around Kentucky. Right now that's a psychiatry practice, a western wear store, and a couture Derby hat maker. It isn't one industry. It's owners who called because the online side of the business wasn't working.
You get me. I build the site, I fix the product data, and I answer the phone when something breaks. There's no account manager in the middle and no ticket queue to file into.
I work in person where it helps. Sitting down with an owner is how I find out what's actually wrong, and it's usually not what the first email said it was.
Every story below has numbers in it, and every number says where it came from. If I can't source it, it isn't on the page.
What the work actually did
- Preslar's Western Shop: the rebuilt product pages went from 44 Google impressions a day to 664, 15 times as many on two equal 28-day windows (Mar 24–Apr 20 vs Aug 3–30), clicks went from 11 to 41, and the share of those pages Google shows at all went from 17.7% to 50.4%.
- Smither Psychiatry: average position 5.4 for "psychiatrist louisville ky" after the site refresh shipped in July 2026.
- The Hat Doctor: 378 listings on auto-renew, 269 more built as Etsy drafts and verified against the Etsy API, and a nightly check that Etsy and Shopify still agree.
If you want the prices instead of the stories, the website packages cover the build and the monthly retainers cover what happens after it's live.
